The TRIQUETRA Project proudly participated in the European Geosciences Union (EGU) General Assembly 2025, held from April 27 to May 2 in Vienna, Austria. The project was actively involved in the CL3.2.7 EDI session*, titled “Climate Change and Cultural Heritage: Identifying Impacts and Implementing Preservation Strategies”, co-organized by EOS1/GI1 and convened by representatives of the Green Cluster projects (THETIDA, RescueME, and Stecci) alongside the Copernicus User Uptake Framework Partnership Agreement.

đź–Ľ Poster Presentation and Project Visibility
TRIQUETRA contributed to the on-site poster session, held on Tuesday, April 29 from 10:45–12:30 CEST in Hall X5. The project presented its cutting-edge methodologies for assessing climate change impacts on cultural heritage sites, focusing particularly on the use of Earth Observation, AI-based risk modeling, and decision-support tools. The poster session enabled meaningful engagement with fellow researchers, heritage professionals, and climate scientists, strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration.

🌍 Green Cluster Collaboration and Broader Networking
Beyond the session, TRIQUETRA also participated in the Green Cluster Meeting (SPM28) on Tuesday, April 29 from 16:15–18:00 CEST in Room 2.97. This dedicated event brought together the cluster’s core projects—TRIQUETRA, THETIDA, and RescueME—as well as several other European initiatives working at the intersection of climate science and cultural heritage preservation.
The meeting served as a platform for mutual updates, knowledge exchange, and the identification of opportunities for future cooperation, particularly regarding shared challenges in climate resilience, data integration, and stakeholder engagement.
